Legal Bases Draw "Starter Pack"
1. ORGANIZER
The organizing company is QUELTON (hereinafter “Quelton” or the “organizer”). Organize a contest or raffle (hereinafter "the GIVEAWAY") under your responsibility and in accordance with the bases detailed below.
2. REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE
Only people over 18 years of age residing in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) may participate in this draw/contest. In order to participate, the participant must be the owner of an Instagram / Tiktok account. In addition, by participating in this contest/draw, the participant agrees to know and comply with the conditions of the respective social network.
Notes: Promotion NOT valid for the Canary Islands as no shipments are made outside the peninsula.
3. MECHANICS, PRIZE AND DATES
The particular information of the draw, that is, the mechanics, the prize and the dates of completion and communication of the winner is indicated in the post of the draw itself.
MECHANICS:
The requirements that participants must follow to obtain the prizes of the raffle organized by Quelton are the following:
- Have an Instagram or Tiktok account to be able to proceed with the following steps.
- Being a man/woman between the ages of 18 and 25 residing in Spain (except the Canary Islands). Those under 18 years of age will be disqualified from the draw unless they have a companion of legal age and the latter assumes any type of consequences/legal aspects of the minor, taking care of him during the trip.
- Any participant must follow Quelton's official account (@queltonshop) on Instagram and Tiktok to enter the draw.
- Any participant must share the giveaway post on their Instagram stories for at least 24 hours, tagging the brand. If you have a private profile, you must send a screenshot by direct message from Instagram.
- Any participant must comment on the Instagram post as many times as they want from 3 to 3 profiles of their friends/acquaintances. Those who mention celebrity accounts, public figures or other brands will be disqualified.
- Any participant must comment as many times as they want on the profiles of their friends in the different videos that will be uploaded to the Tiktok account.
- The winner of the draw will be announced from the OFFICIAL account of the brand (@queltonshop) and no secondary account will be created. As has happened on previous occasions, there will be different FAKE profiles that will take advantage of the situation by creating secondary accounts. Participants are asked not to let these accounts follow them or reply to their messages for their privacy and future actions they may take (Quelton is not responsible for these damages).
Notes: ALL requirements will be taken into account for the selection of the winner. In case you do not perform any, you will be disqualified.
AWARDS:
The Quelton company will raffle what it calls a "starter pack" of the brand in which the winner (woman or man) will have the chance to obtain:
- 1 free personalized bikini designed in Quelton Lab by selecting the size and fabrics that you like the most.
- 1 sweatshirt from the new collection, selecting the size and model that you like the most.
- 2 plane tickets for the winner and a companion to be chosen by the winner himself to a surprise beach destination in Spain.
Notes: The winner will get all the prizes regardless of whether he is a man or a woman.
TRAVEL CONDITIONS:
- The brand will propose up to 3 dates to travel during the months of April, May and June to the winner. The possible destinations will be: Ibiza, Menorca, Formentera, Mallorca, Fuerteventura, Lanzarote or Tenerife (among others). The winner's preferences for a certain destination and availability to travel on the proposed dates will be taken into account. If the winner cannot travel during the proposed dates, an agreement will be made between the brand and the winner privately.
- The brand is not responsible for the reservation, rental or payment of any hotel or type of establishment (such as Airbnb or others) to reside during the days selected to make the trip. These expenses are borne by the winner and his companion.
- Quelton will be responsible for purchasing the flights with a budget of up to 40 euros per person. If the budget is exceeded or the winner wants a checked bag (among other extra expenses), the remaining money will be borne by the winner and not by the brand.
- The flights must depart from: Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia or Seville. Although the winner's place of residence will be taken into account.
- Quelton will contact the winner to organize the trip so that the winner is as satisfied as possible according to their tastes and preferences.
- If for any reason the winner or his companion cannot make the trip or miss the flight, they must pay the amount to the brand.
- If the winner or the companion miss the flight or cannot attend for major reasons, new tickets will not be purchased again.
DATES:
- Draw start date: Wednesday, April 6, 2022
- Closing date of the draw: Wednesday, April 13, 2022
Notes: Updates will be made with the hours and other aspects to take into account regarding the dates and winners by stories on the brand's OFFICIAL Instagram profile (@queltonshop).
4. CHOICE OF THE WINNER
The winner will be chosen by Quelton randomly through a raffle platform and will be broadcast via live videos from his official Instagram and Tiktok accounts.
By submitting their personal data, the winner expressly accepts the conditions of the promotions described in these participation rules. In the event that a winner cannot be contacted within 15 days of the winner's communication, the next participant in the ranking of selected/winners will be contacted.
DURING THE TRIP:
The winner (female or male) and their companion will be asked to create branded content during the trip. This supposes:
- Tag the brand (@queltonshop) in all those publications made by the winner and his companion in story / publication / video format on the social networks Instagram or Tiktok.
- Assignment of images / videos with the bikini or sweatshirt for the brand to share on its official social networks or website.
