Shipping & Returns
We are aware of the complexity and uncertainty involved in the online shopping process, so we want to reward the brave shoppers for placing their faith in our store and for helping us keep the Quelton Shop engine running.
If you have purchased in Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
All orders placed within the peninsula will have 2,95 Euros as shipping costs. All our bikinis in stock will be shipped within 24-48 hours.
In case your order includes a customized product in Quelton Lab, you must take into account the production and confection time that our workshops have. Approximately, it takes two to three weeks to make a bikini, but our workshop can be saturated and this period could increase.
These shipping costs will be free if the customer orders an amount greater than 60 euros.
We remind you that we do NOT ship to the Canary Islands.
If you want to return a collection product
If you are not completely satisfied with any of our collection products, you can request a refund within fourteen calendar days. Write us an email to pedidos@queltonshop.com or by direct message on Instagram (@queltonshop) and we will explain in detail how we proceed with our returns.
Notes: all return costs will be borne by the customer and no refunds will be made, only discount codes.
If you have a discount code
If you have a discount code in hand, just choose your favorite products and add this code at checkout in the "Discount code" section and enjoy our products at home at a lower price.
Age
You represent that you are of legal age and have the legal capacity to be bound by this agreement and to use the Service in accordance with these TOU, which you fully understand and acknowledge. You declare that all information provided to access the Service, before and during its use, is true, complete and accurate.

Quelton is characterized by the possibility to customize handmade bikinis. You should keep in mind that:
1. The prints might vary as all our pieces are lovingly cut and made by hand.
2. Colors may vary as these may be distorted in your online publication.
3. Foam cups are not included in the sale price.
4. Custom bikinis are NOT returnable or resized.
